How do people find their way through complex software? I design the structure.

My background is in history and archival research. I bring the same habit to design: find the pattern, then make the structure easy to see.

  • The redesigned WTV intranet home screen, with quick links, a calendar and active project boards on a navy background.

    Intranet · Research and IA

    WTV Consulting Agency

The previous intranet was abandoned because users had no search bar, the brand materials are not easily accessible, they need to open multiple tabs to complete one task.

  • Screen recording: creating a unit on the floorplan in the Venue Creation Tool.

    Enterprise B2B · Indoor positioning

    Trusted Positioning Inc.

Every test user got stuck turning their physical space into a digital one, so I redesigned the setup tool to replace cognitive overload and zero guidance with one clear, guided workspace.

About

I'm a product designer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I started in research, and I still begin every project by asking how people look for things.
